Simply swing by your dentist's office with our complete kit, including our special trays, impression materials, instructions and a staff member can take your impression in 10-15 minutes. Most dental offices will do this at little or no charge for their patients. Ship your impressions back to us in the pre paid box and Scientific Intake will custom make your SMARTbite and ship it along with the sensor, reader and complete instructions for use in 3 to 4 weeks. You will not be charged until your case is accepted.
